What's your take on Mexican food? We gathered some of the country's best chefs for a round table discussion in Mexico City today to talk about regional cuisines and Mexico's culinary diversity.

The panel included several of Latin America's 50 Best chefs: Mikel Alonso (Biko, No. 8), Jorge Vallejo (Quintonil, No. 10), Guillermo González Beristain (Pangea, No. 19), Benito Molina (Manzanilla, No.25) and
