Starting with #50BestTalks: Latin Liquids and leading into the Chefs' Feast and a grand awards ceremony at Centro Cultural Roberto Cantoral in Mexico City, we celebrated the best of Latin American gastronomy, with Virgilio Martinez's Central once again taking the top spot.
