This exemplary service culture is complemented by an advanced cocktail programme that allows guests to choose which region of Asia they would like to explore, flavour-wise, and also utilises super-modern equipment, including sonic infusers and a water bath, to bring the best out of the ingredients. Don’t leave without trying a signature Anko, a heady melange of gin, sencha and azuki, or the dreamy Holi, served with a rainbow of colours atop a glass of gin and frothy buttermilk.
