For the last three years, Gustu in La Paz has been named The Best Restaurant in Bolivia on the Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants list, with a menu and concept promoting 100% local products.
Beyond the fine dining options, Gustu's chef Kamilla Seidler says the strength of Bolivian gastronomy is its street food – and there's plenty of it to go around, with great vendors on every corner.
Here Seidler, recently crowned Latin America's Best Female Chef, gives us her tips for the Bolivian food capital.
