Flame-grilling and sustainability are key words here. Chef Aaron Turner is such a stickler for small producers that there is frequently not enough of everything to go around all 28 covers. You may end up slurping broth made from yabby shells dried in embers while your companion feasts on roast beetroot topped with a charred mustard leaf.
