Start with a margarita or explore a long list of mezcal cocktails while you drink in surroundings with a colour palette of turquoise, zingy green and blood red. Chef Hector Miguel Mendoza Becerra stays true to his roots by offering a wide range of traditional street food alongside premium grills and fresh seafood, including an excellent selection of ceviche. His soup game is also strong, with three to choose from including a special that changes every week to reflect the seasons. Tacos, served in a polished piece of wood, are given gourmet twist through fillings such as field mushroom with zucchini flower and braised lamb with fiery morita sauce. It’s finger-licking stuff.
