Sushi rules here, with raw materials sourced from nearby São José fish market. Playful plating gives hand rolls, sashimi gyoza and tempura an extra dimension in presentation. The sensual black-and-red dining room next to the enormous aquarium and Japanese knick-knacks provides additional entertainment.
