Caprice Bar is set within the Four Seasons Hong Kong, and adjoins its flagship restaurant Caprice, which sits pretty at No.28 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2021 rankings. It really doesn't get much fancier. The bar stands up alone though (itself coming in at No.34 in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2021), offering some great wines and a selection of cheeses alongside an innovative cocktail menu. Presented on a wooden board, with the drinks arranged in order of potency, the menu changes every three months, to represent the season's best ingredients: for example the summer menu could feature a fig leaf sour, whilst winter could showcase a celeriac-spiked gimlet.
