Under chef Gaurav Kuthari, this isn’t just nostalgia-driven cooking, it's a riot of colour, fire, and spice with dishes from Mumbai, Punjab, Kerala and beyond. Standouts include duck keema kulcha stuffed with minced duck and foie gras and Old Delhi butter chicken with spiced tomato sauce and fenugreek, while flavour-packed Lehusuni salmon and Kahsundi lamb chops are cooked in one of the restaurant’s three authentic tandoor ovens.
