Split over two floors by a dramatic staircase, the venue houses screenings, talks and exhibitions in addition to its highly acclaimed restaurant, led by chef Chan Yau Leung. Expect exceptional dim sum and à la carte Cantonese favourites, while the degustation dishes up a moreish honey-glazed barbecued pork appetiser and a showstopping braised abalone dish with oyster sauce and Japanese tofu. Chinese, signature or ‘adventurous’ wine pairings are available.
