Mizumi at Wynn Macau (not to be confused with its newer sister restaurant at Wynn Palace) is dressed in vibrant red and gold, perhaps an indication the cuisine here veers towards the classic side but with touches of modernity. Designated sushi, teppanyaki and tempura counters showcase each of the disciplines, using only the freshest ingredients. An à la carte menu is also on hand, which can be enjoyed in the main dining room. Don’t miss the Mizumi burger – delicate layers of chopped, raw tuna, hairy crab, sea urchin and wasabi on top of rice, enveloped in toasted nori.
