Sister restaurant to the Michelin two-star flagship at Wynn Macau – of which it shares the same name – the newer, more contemporary Mizumi at Wynn Palace features an eye-catching cherry tree as its centrepiece. The restaurant prides itself on freshly sourced Japanese ingredients presented creatively as tempura, teppanyaki and sushi. A4 wagyu teppanyaki and the shisho tempura with Hokkaido sea urchin are crowd favourites. A sushi bar also seats up to 14 guests, where sashimi and sushi omakase orders are dexterously prepared by hand.
