A farm-to-table philosophy focusing on local producers provides an honest spin on Colombian cuisine at Mesa Franca, helmed by innovative young chef Iván Cadena. Following a move to a new location, the restaurant now forms part of a ballooning food scene in the hip Chapinero neighbourhood.
