Everybody loves a gin bar, and Pocket is no exception. This isn't the kind of place you'll find gimmicks or themes, just really good drinks, and as a testament to its industry standing there's a regular programme of international guest bartenders that you might want to look into. Day-to-day though, you can expect a choice of fancy gin and tonics split into categories like 'Citric' and 'Aromatic', an array of Martinis (running the gamut from sweet Breakfast Martinis to utterly savoury Gibsons), plus a handful of house cocktails, like the Gin Pocket, which mixes gin, kiwi, spearmint, lemon, sugar and green apple.
