Sister to the acclaimed Ruby, Lidkoeb is split over multiple floors. On the ground floor you'll find a laid-back cocktail bar with a spacious festoon-lit garden, while if you head upstairs there's a whisky bar serving flights on Friday and Saturday evenings. The cocktail programme is made up of some reinvented classics – think a peanut butter-washed Four Roses Old Fashioned – as well as some new inventions, created in-house, such as ‘Tommy Tank’ (Tanqueray, Belsazar Rosé vermouth, cherry tomato jam, lemon, egg white and soda).
