Ciré
Quito, Ecuador
Focusing on original interpretations of traditional Ecuadorean dishes, chef Erick Dreyer combines innovative techniques with the finest local ingredients at Ciré, which is located at the edge of the peaceful Parque de Cumbayá. Dreyer’s progressive Ecuadorean cuisine includes dishes such as langoustine fideúa, crunchy suckling pig, and Ecuadorean Black Angus beef with native potatoes. The charming restaurant is set over three floors, with quirky décor including chandeliers and colourful contemporary art. Don’t miss the top-floor terrace with stunning 360-degree views over Quito and the surrounding mountains. While this original Cumbayá branch has been open since 2013, Dreyer also opened centrally located Ciré Capital in 2020.
