Maison Lameloise

This temple of French gastronomy is housed in an old coaching inn and named after the Lameloise family who have owned it since 1921. Éric Pras – who has worked with the likes of Pierre Gagnaire, Antoine Westermann and Christian Chauveau – brings a light, fresh element to classic Burgundian cooking. His menus include modern interpretations of regional favourites such as snail tart with fizzy pickled garlic and nettle coulis and scampi coated in puffed rice, served in tangy green apple emulsion. A lot of attention is paid to wine pairings and the restaurant even has its own label.
