Maison Troisgros has a distinctly magical feel about it, set within the bucolic gardens of this Relais & Châteaux hotel, the dining room itself is inspired by an enchanted forest, with modernist sculptures stretching to the ceiling. There's a natural flow of nature into the restaurant, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush greenery of the restaurant gardens mirroring the chefs' attitude to hyper-local provenance, with many ingredients coming from the estate itself. The restaurant has been in the same family since Jean-Baptisite Troisgros founded it in 1930, moving to its current site in 2017 and is now run by the highly-decorated Michel and his two sons César and Léo, holding three Michelin Stars. There's a choice of tasting or á la carte menus on offer, where playful takes on French classics can be enjoyed such as snails with fragrant mint and saffron butter.
