Named after the previous inhabitant of this address, a mini Eiffel Tower emporium, Cam Import Export has been wowing Paris’s foodies since its 2017 opening – even Alain Ducasse has popped in. The Asian-focused venture comes from Phil Euell of Boot Café, with chef Eseu Lee in the kitchen. A stripped-back interior puts the focus on the flavour-packed food: think bonito head with smoked beef fat, spring onion relish and arugula, and soy-fermented steak in a butter lettuce wrap topped with kimchi.
