When Cheval Blanc Paris opened its doors to much fanfare in 2021, Langosteria was one of the hotel’s most anticipated restaurants for those who knew it from its original Milan address. Paris might be the group’s first venture outside Italy but the seafood concept has travelled well, and Langosteria continues to pull in a crowd with its homemade pasta and all-seafood menu, which spans traditional Mediterranean flavours. Dishes include pappa al pomodoro with clams and paccheri with sea bass, capers, olives and Amalfi lemon, and there's a daily-changing tasting menu and a sharing menu if you're after variety. There are also Langosteria riffs on classic French dishes, such as the charcoal grilled black grouper chateaubriand. The taste of Italy is best complemented by a view of Paris: book a table on the balcony whenever possible to enjoy the seventh floor views across the Seine and the city.
