A younger sister to Paris' acclaimed Little Red Door (ranked at No.24 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2020), Lulu White is set within the historically decadent Montmartre district and takes inspiration from the drinking dens of New Orleans. Live music is the order of the day, with regular jazz, blues and folk performances, adding to the good-time feel. The entrance is marked by a little brass plaque, and once you're inside the tiny horseshoe bar lit by bare bulbs will immediately transport you to the roaring 20s. Drinks take inspiration from Parisian and New Orleans classics: think cocktails laced with absinthe, pastis, but there's always the odd curve-ball to keep you guessing, like a crowd-pleasing Miami Vice.
