Located through an unmarked door behind The Bar in Front of the Bar, Rumble in the Jungle stands in stark contrast to its street-facing sibling, mashing up moody jungle aesthetics with glitzy, neon nightclub vibes. With such high energy emanating from the bar, which plays host to different DJs every night to keep things groovy, it's no surprise to discover it is named after the famous Muhammad Ali boxing match against George Foreman (references to the sport appear in drink titles and decor as well). It's not unusual to find interesting backstories and compelling housemade ingredients in the cocktails, such as palo santo smoke, black garlic, tepache or jasmine, and everything is served bracingly cold – the glassware, ice and certain liquor bottles are stored in a freezer kept at -24 degrees, for best results.
