As the name suggests, Locavore NXT is all about hyper-local produce, with everything from the ingredients to the furniture and glassware coming from Indonesia. A reimagining of acclaimed restaurant Locavore, this latest iteration goes one step further to hero home-grown produce, with a rooftop food forest, a fermentation lab and mushroom fruiting chamber supplying many of the set menu's ingredients, which offers a "culinary exploration" of Indonesian food, the country's ecosystem, culture and traditions. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request.
