On the seasonally-changing a la carte, you'll find blue lobster ravioli, suckling pig croquettes, Kilmore Quay black sole, mellow-spiced Castle Dermot lab and fillet of Irish beef and roast foie gras, while the eight-course tasting is full of surprises. The daily-changing, three-course lunch menu is excellent value and includes petit fours and tea or coffee. As you’d imagine, the white-gloved service is impeccable – attentive without being overbearing – and chock full of Irish charm.
