In 1925, fisherman Antonio Santini opened a humble restaurant on the banks of the Oglio river. Almost a century on, this suave destination, with its large terrace, is run by the fourth generation of his family, with the philosophy of warm hospitality and impeccably fresh fish still firmly in place. The kitchen is overseen by Nadia Santini with the support of her son Giovanni. Tortelli di zucca with butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano is made to a recipe perfected over three generations.
