Naomi Takahashi opened Gaslight Eve in 2015, having won the International Bartenders Association grand prize just two years previously. Tucked away on the third floor and radiating a cosy atmosphere, the drinks are presented with an elegant flair, evident through Takahashi’s house signatures, as well as the many available classics. Her winning cocktail from the IBA competition, ‘Wisteria’, is still available and proves a popular choice for guests time and again.
