South of Tokyo, in Japan’s second largest city, Yokohama, lies this comfortable cocktail bar named for Franco-Serbian violinist Nemanja Radulović. For nearly a decade, Cocktail Bar Nemanja has been drawing on this musical inspiration to offer a harmonious experience to its guests, led by owners Tomoyuki Hojo and Kumiko Hojo. The Serbian connection doesn’t stop there, either. The pair are keen to offer guests information about the country and inspire their interest in it, and the bar even serves Serbia’s national drink, rakija. This is also a place to become immersed in the world of craft gin, with an extensive selection available. Cocktails, meanwhile, are inventive and playfully presented, with an abundance of foams, flowers and more.
