Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris

Alain Ducasse was just 33 when the Louis XV became the first hotel restaurant to receive three Michelin stars. Some 34 years later – and following renovations – the dining room has returned to its original Place du Casino setting and gilt decor and frescoes restored to their full splendour. With chef Emmanuel Pilon at the helm today, Mediterranean haute cuisine is presented with flair: championing whole grilled fish and meats over an open fire, recipes and produce local to the Riviera, plus pitch-perfect service. Menus are complemented by a treasure trove of wines chosen by head sommelier Maxime Pastor.
