Under the stewardship of renowned Dublin-born chef and restaurateur Liam Tomlin, Chefs Warehouse Tintswalo Atlantic serves up contemporary tapas in a tried-and-tested four-course set menu of small plates designed for sharing. It also serves up jaw-dropping ocean views, thanks to its Table Mountain National Park, Chapman’s Peak setting, with many of the ingredients served at lunch and dinner having been sustainably sourced from the waters below. Joining the team in 2023 following a stint at sister restaurant Chef’s Warehouse Maison, young chef, Cameron Smith, heads up the kitchen. By popular demand, the oat and honey brioche starter, served with burnt fennel butter, is always on, as are Chefs Warehouse stalwarts oysters and risotto, along with Asian-infused meat and fish creations (with vegetarian and vegan options available). Those travelling with the family should note that children under 12 are not allowed in the dining room after 6pm.
