As for the drinks, there's a heady mix of expertly crafted such as the Velvet Martini – a beautifully balanced pour made with vermouth and fino sherry given a bright, citrusy lift with Jeju Hallabong – and the Coconut Grove, which has a blend of rum, lime, pineapple, coconut milk, lime leaf, Thai red curry and fire tincture.
