Kissk

Seoul, South Korea

Head towards Bukhan Mountain, the highest peak in Seoul, to find this laid-back dive bar with a welcoming atmosphere. Everything at Kissk, which means "foot of a mountain" in Korean, is infused with a touch of irreverence, right down to the menu itself, designed to be folded into a paper plane. This dedication to fun extends to the drinks too, which are divided into Easy Drinks, Kissk Party Drinks and Shooters, although don’t be fooled – there are some fine beverages on offer here, albeit playfully presented, all drawing on the disco-era of cocktails, with twists on familiar classics like the Blue Hawaii and Long Island Iced Tea. The Midori Sour, made with mezcal, comes with a piece of prosciutto balanced on the glass, and there’s a Negroni slushie too.
