Seoul's Pussyfoot Saloon transports guests into a world of vintage first-class train travel via an interior designed to resemble a carriage, complete with video screens showing various locations passing by. There's a fine selection of cocktails on offer for the journey, blending ingredients, techniques and flavour combinations from around the world. Take the ‘Gamcheon Holiday’, for example, with olive oil gin, Aperol, olive brine and lemon juice, which sings an ode to Italy. Having only opened in February 2018, this bar, from Wendell Louie and managed by Giuseppe Mastropietro, has already made its mark on the local scene and was named One To Watch by Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2019.
