In its early days, the bar flirted with Argentinan flavours, but today it's all about Mexico– a riot of agave, spice and sun-drenched swagger. Here, drinks take cues from cultural icons: a Frida Kahlo-inspired sour, a Carlos Santana highball that hums with depth. Even the teetotalers get in on the action, with tepache, atole, and horchata standing in for the usual soda-and-lime routine.
