Messenger Service is located off the beaten track, some distance from the city centre, and there’s nothing by way of signage when you get there. Once inside, the feel is distinctly minimalist – the focus is on flavour here, not flashy decor – with moody, intimate lighting and bottles lining the dark red walls. Messenger Service’s younger sibling Bar Us, also in Bangkok, offers cocktail tasting menus and is well worth a visit too.
