You’ll find it in a plum perch curving the Aegean at the ultra-slick Bodrum Edition, now one of the region’s most swoon-worthy hotels. The restaurant is headed up by superstar chef Stefano Ciotti, of the acclaimed Nostrano on Italy’s Adriatic coast. Here, the menu is driven by classic Mediterranean flavours with dishes ranging from feather-light carpaccio slivers spotted with candied orange and foie gras to a powerful tagliatelle alla vodka. The cooking is spot on – with perfectly poached lobsters, hand-rolled pastas and slow-cooked meats – but the vivacious and verdant Brava Bar elevates the experience all the more, riffing off the story of Pinocchio for its revamped, and supremely playful, cocktail menu.
