Aman da Bravo offers an oasis of calm amidst the bustle and buzz of Istanbul. Its dining room features vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, starched white tablecloths and leafy green plants dotted throughout, whilst the enclosed courtyard is lined with comfortable banquettes beneath a canopy of trees and dangling filament bulbs. The food has a global flavour, but local fish and seafood take centre stage with dishes like sea bass ceviche, or minekop fish (indigenous to the region's waters) steamed and served with ribollita and gremolata. Indulgent desserts to finish the meal, such as a red wine plum pavlova.
