Step out of the French Quarter and directly into Havana at Manolita, a bar inspired by the legendary Floridita Bar, as well as one of its past bartenders, Manuel Carbajo Aguiar. Everything about this tiny cocktail bar is decidedly Cuban, from the details of the decor to the food offering – and to the drinks, of course. There’s a hefty list of blended drinks to choose from, leading into a list of Cuban Classics – think Daiquiris, El Presidentes and more. Manolito is the result of a collaboration between Konrad Kantor and well-known New Orleans bartenders Nick Detrich and Chris Hannah.
