A spacious, dimly lit dining room in a restored 1860s warehouse near the Williamsburg Bridge is the setting for Swedish chef Fredrik Berselius’ Scandinavian-inspired cuisine. Using ingredients from the Northeastern US, Berselius’ tasting menu takes diners through 12 seasonal courses such as razor clam with preserved black pine or langoustine tail, brain and claw with camomile. Juice or wine pairings are available and there’s also a small menu of sharing plates available from the cellar bar and courtyard garden.
