After its legendary original location was closed after being devastated by a fire in February of 2021, this San Francisco cocktail heavyweight reopened a few streets away in March 2022 to great fanfare. Following the same mission set out from its founding outpost, PCH 2.0 has further refined its menu inspired by the flavours of Asia and the islands of the Pacific. Its tropical-forward drinks, such as the Tokyo Drift (vodka, safe, orange brandy liqueur, apricot, citrus, bitters and tonka bean) or the Oh, Snap! (gin, manzanilla sherry, sugar snap peas, citrus, absinthe and tonic), make for perfect sips for a buzzy evening of drinks on the Golden Coast. It’s Hi-Ball Hour, everyday until 7pm, is also not to be missed, where Diedrich and team serve up the addictive carbonated creations en masse.
