A legendary spot at the fancy resort of José Ignacio, La Huella is a summertime dining must for its fantastic coastal views, wonderful seafood and a laidback attitude conducive to lengthy rosé-fuelled meals. The menu changes daily to reflect product availability, with favourites including grilled octopus and sea bass ceviche to start.
