Based on the finest fish and wine from Baja California, the restaurant serves delights such as sardine tacos, grilled oysters, seafood rice and sea urchin. The dining room itself is a colourful ode to the ocean with striking turquoise wall art featuring an octopus.

Muris and Molina are two of the most respected chefs in Mexico, having opened Manzanilla together more than 20 years ago. They are credited as pioneers in the western peninsula of Baja California, where there is now a thriving gastronomic scene as well as a buzzing wine industry.
