Mimi Kakushi

Dubai

Japanese precision meets opulent Dubai

Where can I find it? Located at the Four Seasons Dubai Jumeirah Beach Restaurant Village, Mimi Kakushi is a sleek, stylish space serving contemporary Japanese cuisine. It  takes its name from a popular hairstyle in 1920s Japan.

Style and substance: Not just a place to see and be seen, the culinary offering goes beyond the usual dishes that diners in Dubai have come to expect from a lifestyle concept. Mimi Kakushi head chef Vladimir Kim is of Russian-Korean origin and brings 25 years of experience to his role, presenting a diverse skillset from fiercely traditional dishes to show-stopping platters.
