A personalised approach: TakaHisa’s omakase offering features seasonal ingredients that are often selected exclusively for each guest. The ingredients featured on the menu change according to the seasons and when the ingredients are at their best, but guests can expect high grade beef, hairy crab and the freshest uni flown in from specialist suppliers in Japan. Insistent on quality and traceability, chef Ueda and chef Namekata source their seafood from Japan's Toyosu Fish Market and A5 Kobe beef directly from trusted producers.
