Our mother taught us to cook, but most of all she taught us about life - Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca at #50BestTalks

The Roca brothers – Joan, Josep and Jordi – have often credited their parents for the success of El Celler de Can Roca, No.1 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants. But few people know the extent of the family's involvement: their mother, Montserrat Fontané, still cooks the staff breakfast at the restaurant every single day, so it's no surprise family remains at the centre of everything they do.

We hosted an audience with the brothers in Buenos Aires this week during the first leg of their world tour. Find out what Joan, Josep and Jordi said about teamwork, family life and Argentine cuisine at #50BestTalks (videos in Spanish)
