Sézanne, Tokyo, was named The Best Restaurant in Asia in the 2024 edition

Several Seoul-based establishments already hold top spots in various 50 Best rankings, led by Mingles, which took the No.13 spot in the 2024 list, when ultimate crown went to Daniel Calvert’s neo-French high flyer Sézanne, with the Tokyo fine-diner named The Best Restaurant in Asia 2024 for the first time.

Restaurants from Tokyo (DenNarisawa), Hong Kong (The Chairman), Singapore (Odette) and Bangkok (the now-relocated Gaggan, Le Du and Nahm) have all previously earned the No.1 spot in the list, but who will take home the culinary crown in 2025?

Keep your eyes out for pre-announced awards announcements and the hotly anticipated reveal of the 51-100 list in the weeks before the ceremony – and join us in Seoul (virtually or in person) for this celebration of the continent’s rich and diverse culinary cultures.

The next edition of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, will be announced on 25 March 2025 from Seoul.
