The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2015 awards event may be over – but who was the best-dressed at the ceremony? As it's often billed as the Oscars of the food world, a little red-carpet style analysis seems appropriate. We've rounded up a few pics of the most dapper dressers from the night. Who gets your vote?
Quique Dacosta of the eponymous restaurant in Dénia, Spain (No.39), looked dashing on the red carpet with the very elegant Andrea Arias
André Chiang of Restaurant André in Singapore (No.46) was dapper as ever in a skull-print jacket. Earlier in the day, at a lunch celebrating the best of French gastronomy, he was seen sporting a rather bold blue shorts suit
In true Italian style, Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana (No.2) didn't disappoint in a black and purple T-shirt and suit combo
Another Italian celebrating in some particularly sharp tailoring was Enrico Crippa of Piazza Duomo in Alba (No.27)
Not only One To Watch on the list, Martin Benn of Sepia (No.84) was also one to watch in the sartorial stakes, looking fantastically dandy-ish in a blue tartan get-up, pictured here with wife Vicki Wild
Diners Club Lifetime Achievement Award winner Daniel Boulud looked suitably chic in a grey two-piece; nice trophy, too...
The charming Andreas Caminada of Schloss Schauenstein (No.48) – known to some as 'the model chef' – opted for simple but effective in this blue single-breasted jacket
Another Frenchman on the list, Paul Pairet of Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet in Shanghai (No.24), replaced his usual signature blue flat cap with a country-inspired tweed version
And the best-dressed Academy Chair award undoubtedly goes to the inimitable Takanori Nakamura from Japan...
