As the chef of Hiša Franko, the only Slovenian venue to ever be voted into The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, chef Ana Roš is an expert in pairing the flavours of the Soça Valley that surrounds her eatery with the best local liquids. In 2023, the former World’s Best Female Chef is celebrating her restaurant’s 50th anniversary, as well as her own birthday, with the launch of a brand-new celebratory menu. In this series of short films, she explains how she is marrying Slovenia’s unique ingredients with a diverse range of drinks, while visiting producers across the country and rediscovering its natural beauty.
