Over the last two days, chefs from the 50 Best lists and beyond swapped restaurants and cooked special dinners at restaurants around the world as part of the second Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle.

It was hard to pick favourites from the thousands of beautiful dishes made by the finest chefs on the planet, but we've managed to round it down to nine.

9. Fish burger by Micha Tsumura of Maido at Atelier Crenn in San Francisco

8. Vegemite and wild peas by Hedone's Mikael Jonsson at Orana in Adelaide

7. Sea urchin caviar with buckthorn at White Rabbit in Moscow by Sean Brock of Husk

6. Mandarin by José Avillez of Belcanto at Aqua in Wolfsburg

5. Burned chocolate and pumpkin at Amass in Copenhagen by Ricardo Camanini of Ristorante Lido 84
