50 Best Signature Sessions in Seoul: 13 chefs, 5 restaurants, once-in-a-lifetime experiences

The 50 Best Signature Sessions series is heading to Seoul this March. Discover all the restaurants taking part in these incredible culinary collaborations – and how to book your table.

Diners based in or travelling to Seoul for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 can enjoy dishes from some of the finest chefs from the region – and across the world – as part of the celebratory event programme.

The once-in-a-lifetime 50 Best Signature Session dining experiences, in partnership with Catch Table, run from Saturday 22 March to Wednesday 26 March.

Reservations for all the experiences will open at 3pm Seoul time on 6 March and will be bookable via Catch Table.

Born & Bred x Chef Tam’s Seasons

Macau meets Seoul for this exclusive dining experience, in partnership with Korean Air. Acclaimed chef Kwok Fung Tam will help to celebrate the opening of a new space: Born and Bred Original.

Chef Tam will use Korea's finest seasonal ingredients – with a focus on vegetables – to add a unique twist to his dishes, while chef Kyung-hwan Min from Born and Bred will pair these creations with his signature Hanwoo cooking.

Evett x Boragó

Coming all the way from the Chilean capital, chef Rodolfo Guzmán from Boragó – ranked No.29 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 – will join forces with Australian chef Joseph Lidgerwood for a night to remember.

The two chefs will bring together the vibrant ingredients and flavours from Chile and Korea to create a fabulous fusion inspired by their passion for Latin America and Asian cuisines.

Mingles x The Chairman x Sorn x Alla Prima

Four renowned chefs from China, Thailand and Korea put their hands together to create a truly special experience. Danny Yip and Kwok Keung Tung from The Chairman, Supaksorn ‘Ice’ Jongsiri from Sorn and Jin-Hyuk Kim from Alla Prima join forces with chef Mingoo Kang from Mingles, named The Best Restaurant in Korea 2024.

Each chef will present their traditional cuisine in a modern way, taking diners on a journey through time to experience Asia’s yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Soul x Baan Tepa

Freshly crowned Asia’s Best Female Chef 2025, Chudaree ‘Tam’ Debhakam will bring her philosophy of sustainability and indigenous produce obsession to Seoul. Teaming up with chefs Hee-eun Kim and Dae-hyun Yoon of Soul, the chefs will showcase the best of the Korean pantry with a Thai twist. In partnership with Nongshim Shinramyun.

An exclusive one-night-only collaboration where Korean and Danish culinary traditions come together, in partnership with Hibiki whisky. Rooted in fermentation, foraging and the finest ingredients, this menu offers a refined exploration of Korean flavours through the lens of Copenhagen’s aesthetic. Chefs Kristian Baumann and Seung-hyun Bae unite their expertise for an unforgettable evening.
