ENTRY

1. To enter the free prize draw (“Draw”) you must sign up for the 50 Best newsletter at this link https://mailchi.mp/e33bf5832153/cookbookcompetition. We would like to send you information on upcoming events, exclusive offers, and the latest info from 50 Best by email. If you no longer want to receive any further communications from us, you can opt out via the unsubscribe link in the email or send a request to unsubscribe to dataprivacy@wrbm.com (and specifying which email list you wish to unsubscribe from). 2. This Promotion is open to anybody from anywhere in the world, aged eighteen (18) or over.

PRIZES

1. There will be eight (8) different winners drawn randomly, each receiving one of the following cookbooks:

1. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the organiser, William Reed Ltd.  In the event of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.
2. The prize(s) must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to cash or other substitutes. If due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to provide the stated prize(s), we reserve the right to award a substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value.

 

WINNER SELECTION & TERMS

1. Eight (8) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will take place at the 50 Best office on 23 December 2024. Winners will be notified via email on the same day.

• If a winner does not accept their prize by replying to the notification email by 25 December 2024, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

• Prizes will be dispatched to winners in January 2025.

2. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by the terms, conditions and policies of the Website and by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to these Terms, the Promotion, the Draw, the winner’s selection and/or the results and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
3. All changes to the Terms will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the Website.
4. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to entries and/or the Website, for entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control (to the fullest extent permitted by law).
